You raise a good point that audio entries are much more stream-of-consciousness, which can be a bit much when heard in excess-- so I'd keep a majority of your entries written, with the occasional spoke-word gig from time to time.
Plus an audio recording of you having sex, obviously. Ideally with another girl.
