It sucks right now, but try to realize that men use just as many self-preserving stupid moves as women do. Its not always as simple from their perspective as it seems. And I'm female, so take it with a grain of salt too.
Actually, if you keep promising to show up at 6 p.m. and then not actually arriving until hours later, you're sending him the exact message that you're complaining about-- the message that you can't make the time for him. Remember that Woody Allen said that 90 percent of success is showing up-- and 90 percent of failure is *not* showing up.
If I were him, I'd give you the thumbs-down too just to maintain my self-respect. You sound great, but quality ass doesn't overcome the failure to deliver on promises.
If it were me, I would be "hell yes, come on over!" But then again, I'm married, so that would be a tough one to pull off on 5 minutes notice!!!30 minutes I could arrange, 5 minutes maybe not!
I'm reading into this that the reasons you were late were because you were working? That's understandable, especially if you are waitressing. Not sure why the guy can't deal with that and take some quality ass when it comes his way.

As for the refusal to meet you in 5 minutes time--I probably would do the same. You have a need to control the situation and dictate the terms. If your impromptu assignation overture is put to the side and sleep is chosen instead--just set up something in advance and show up when you said you would.
I'd choose the sleep too--maybe I already HAD an assignation earlier in the eve and sent someone like you packing.

I thought your post was pretty much 'oh, poor me' from start to finish. Blowing someone off is just disrespect. Like that other guy said, quality ass-- and I'm sure yours is quality-- doesn't make up for that.
What are you doing to grow in your life? Your most two recent blogs present you as a girl drugged on booze. Go to school or something. Do you want to be a ten year older version of who you are now in ten years? Because who you are now is no different than who any hot looking nobody girl is at 18.
Hot looks are hot for a little time, but people get used to hot looks. I think you would benefit from thinking beyond sex and dating to other things that will make you hot as well. A girl who knows what she is about and is going places is a lot hotter than a girl who isn't. You need a direction in your life. It doesn't take anything more than looks to draw some males to a female.
We all struggle in life, but that is no excuse for not doing something with our lives.
You have to manage people's expectations about you, so that if you say you are going to meet them, you do, or you call them to let them know of problems. And you set up your life so that you don't have problems all the time. Are you going to be a waitress forever? Why don't you set one life changing goal for yourself and make space for it in your life and pursue it with vigor?
Anytime you feel defensive, why not get angry enough to move other parts of your life forward?
